Notice of a Notts Chess Association General Meeting

A General Meeting will be held at the West Nottingham CC venue, Bramcote Memorial Hall, Church Street, Bramcote, Nottingham NG9 3HD on Monday 15th May starting at 7:30pm.

It will include the League Rules Revision Meeting, but other association business may be discussed too.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with item 9 of the NCA Constitution, see here

As we do not currently have an Association Secretary (volunteers/suggestions are welcome for that post) and the main part of the meeting is likely to be about League Rules, I will collate any proposals that come in.

All proposals to change the League Rules, the Constitution or the EC Standing Orders must be submitted to me, with a proposer and seconder, by 17th April 2017.

Please also let me know of any other items you wish to have on the Agenda for discussion.
